Cool video. Surprised to see L seat smoking... but it's his copter, I guess. Used to be expected, now very unusual. ...and the L seat flying, doesn't the R seat normally pilot? Turn the sound off if you are showing it to your kids. R-rated... ha Edit: I see the R seat is 'flying' originally and L takes over. Looks like maybe the R seat is taking a lesson/training or??? I thought the default for copters was R seat PIC... the opposite of fixed wing.
Not sure about the little Robinsons, but in the Blackhawk world the left seat is the pilot-in-command's usual seat, though we switch it up for training sometimes. And in the old -60A models we learned on in Ft Rucker some had ash trays built in...
