Hello Ferrari owners, I want to stage a huge event in support of a very great local cause. The WWII Honor flight fund. We fly local/regional WWII Vets to the WWII Memorial in Washington DC for free. There was such an overwhelming initial response, a second flight is planned. The first one took off just days ago. Anyway, my business and charitable organization is motorsports themed. My charitable organization is called Racing for the Greater Common Good. My inspiration coming from Paul Newman, Mario Andretti and racing of course! I'm the biggest Ferrari fan there is. I love going to Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin every year for the Champ Car race. But with that I get to walk the grounds and look at Ferrari's everywhere! And all of the other beautiful cars. I want to stage a never before event in this region. And that would take the efforts of many gracious Ferrari owners to pull it off. I have a lot of other apects I would want to add to the event. But the main focus and draw would be the most beautiful cars on the planet. The date isn't nailed down. But when I do nail down a date and if it doesn't conflict with any of the owners, I would simply need to know of who would commit to attend. The date is mid to late June I hope. My event would be in Fargo, North Dakota. A quick 9 hour drive from Chicago. Through beautiful Minnesota and Wisconsin into beautiful North Dakota. A quick drive in the car or hauler with the car. A great opportunity to take in a great part of the country maybe the owners haven't been before. And by doing so they would be creating so much goodwill for very worthy recipients. I'm going to have all forms of media present. WDAY is our local ABC affiliate who's spearheading the Honor Flight. They also operate a radio station. And are owned by Forum Communications who produces the Fargo Forum. The largest paper from Minneapolis to Seattle. They are our local media conglomerate. I'm lining up sponsors, a band, food and liquor vendors, etc. etc. An entire festival type event. I just need a lot of Ferrari attendees. If I could get enough Ferrari's I would make it a show soley for them. But if not then I may add other beautiful cars. Which would make more sense. But I love the Ferrari's so much. It would be great to just focus on them. I'm going to have local dealerships cars present as sponsors, etc. And motorcycles, boats, watercrafts, etc. A summer type kick off show of recreational vehicles, etc. They could showcase their products while helping out with the event. But the Ferrari's would of course be the focal point and draw. I want to set up a huge parade as well. With the Ferrari's leading the parade. To honor the Vets and current troops along the way. To raise more funds. To include others fun/classic cars along the way. To stage a photo op on our new Veterans Memorial bridge connecting Fargo, ND to Moorhead, MN. So many ideas. But again, I simply need to know who can attend. So I know what to plan, etc. Please pass this along to all of the Ferrari owners asap. And any other exotic type car owners. They can all email me directly. Ask me anything. I can inform them of anything they may need to know asap. Your simple participation could create so much goodwill. Thank you very much for your time. And I hope to hear from tons of you very soon! Sincerely, Scott Hilsendeger Fastrack Industries Fastrack Promotions Racing for the Greater Common Good [email protected] 701-793-3565
