Hi All, My name is Max and I am a 20 year old student from Washington DC at the University of Vermont. Ever since I was young I have been in love with cars. My family tells me that when I was 3 years old I used to walk down the street and be able to name the make and model of all cars. I have come to regard Ferrari as the best of the best because at the same time they can be elegant yet intense, traditional yet modern, striking and most of all fast. I have always dreamed of owning one. Over the last few years I have tried to learn everything I can about all of them from the engines of the 60s to how all of the scoops on the 458 create downforce. I have been lucky enough to be close the dealer in Virginia and let back into the maintenance area to check out cars ranging from an almost-certified 63 GTO to 360 Challenge Stradale. Never driven one but one day I will. Favorites: 1. '61 California Spider SWB 2. '63 GTO 3. '10 458 Italia 4. '57 410 Superamerica by Scaglietti (Wax's) 5. '00 550 Barchetta/'05 575M Superamerica Just a note: Hoping to visit the Nurburgring this spring. Anyone know of any fun auto places around there to check out some sweet mid-engine italian supercars?
