Hello Fellas, Need Help With A/C Vent Removal

Welp, probably not anyone here, that I know anymore. But after just getting my F-Car back from the shop after a major, looking forward to making it like new.

I need to remove the A/C vents, and strip all that Fu***ng stock gue off the vents and repaint em. Now I'm sure some of you have done that already, little help, & direction here please, so I don't have to figure out how the hard way. Does anyone know how to get them out without damaging anything?

As I remember it, this site use to have a technical section, I'm looking to print out the calibration procedure for checking the A/C controller. Basically when I start my car the blower is on high, until I hit a bump or two, then it snaps back to normal. Any thoughts?
