Hello there! It did feel a bit weird to sign up here while not owning a Ferrari, but ah well, apparently more than enough people do it. I am Alfred, 19 years old and I've been living all my life in a small town called Emmen in the Netherlands. I don't remember how old I was, but I think it has to be somewhere around 6 or 7 when we were on vacation in Austria, and we ran into some supercar event/meeting/drive. It was there that I saw my first Ferrari, or actually a lot of them, but one that made a special impression: a yellow F355. I was in love, and ever since I've been dreaming of ever owning one. Now at least 10 years later I've fallen in love with many more models, like the F430 spider, the 599 and the brilliant but unreachable Enzo, but the F355 (GTS) is still on top of the list. For now I'm driving a miata though. I really love the car, but it's not by any means a Ferrari. I don't think it's bad for a first car at 19 though(considering the legal driving age here is 18), and at least it's a sporty two-seater, so there are some small similarities. I only just finished high school this year, and am now taking a gap year. Working, traveling in the miata and just enjoying life. Dunno what's next, but I'm definitely determined to somehow make it I'm sure a lot of people are, but one day I will have that F355 on the driveway, one way or another. Then I can die happy. But yeah, short version is: hello. I shall mainly lurk, read up on some stuff, enjoy the stories and maybe one day I can change that status to current ferrari owner!
