Hello, I'm almost ready to pull the trigger

Hi gang. I've shopped the east coast online and am very close to buying my first Ferrari. As you can see by my username, the 348 has my attention. I'm ready to buy it outright once I move some investments and will get ready for the 30K engine out service if necessary. Some have it done already but the ones I'm looking at might not. Not a big worry since I have my heart set on the classic Rosso/Tan color combination. It looks like there might be an odometer issue on the carfax but it could be small and just a clerical error. So I am wondering what kind of percentage/amount I should bid under asking if the odometer, and engine out need to be taken care of? Thanks and hope to be posting soon with a new purchase. I've seen 6K as the running figure for engine out. I have a good bit of experience servicing my 2000 Miata and have done the full exhaust and header, suspension, fluid services and brake job including new rotors. I haven't really done any engine work.
