First things first, my name is Rodney, 44, from Lafayette, LA. I figure I've lurked around here long enough, time to introduce myself. I've thoroughly enjoyed my brief, albeit somewhat overwhelming education into the F-car world - this site is fantastic. I've never had the pleasure of owning one of these great cars, but it's been a dream since I was about 14 years old when my father contemplated buying a black Dino (don't recall the dealership) in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. I have no idea what the car was selling for those 30 years ago, but I do remember thinking one day............. Well, that day seems to be here, and after a few weeks of fairly intense research, I've decided on my "dream" car. Given my budget, I'm looking for a '06-'07 F1 F-430 spider, silverstone/ cuoio. Not too particular on other options, but the color combination, F1 and spider are a must. The hunt will be fun, but any direction or insight is appreciated.
