Wecome aboard ! I saw in your profile that you are interested in body building. Do you think that you could do something for mine? It wouldn't be a total rebuild, just everything except the finger nails and hair AND I hope that if you can do that would you include a 20 year warranty plan ? The machinery is 80 years old but I don't think that it has been outdated yet configuration-
wise but the " sell by date" is long passed.
    Take care and stay focussed.

OK OK .I actually should rephrase the bodybuilding in the profile its somewhat of a minor interest and I'm no pro.

More like fitness meaning I have a gym membership ,a bowflex, some free weights(dumbells) and an eliptical trainer to make an effort to maintain what I got (which of course is "slightly" above average....even at that is a chore).

While attaining my pilots licence this was a bear of a challenge to not get fat.
    AVERAGE DAY

    .UP AT 530,
    EXERCISE 30 MINUTES,
GET READY OFF TO WORK,WORK FROM 700 TILL 500,
    WORKOUT AT GYM 530-630,
HOME FLIGHT TRAIN7-830(SIMULATE OR BOOKS OR ACTUAL FLIGHT)
RELAX 30 MINUTES(KISS MY GIRL PET THE DOG ----OH YEA AND EAT)
CLEAN-UP AROUND THE HOUSE TILL 900,930...........
    PASS OUT !!!!!!!!!

    REPEAT THE ABOVE 6X/WEEK

SUNDAY (ANSWER PHONE LINE FOR MY CO. STARTING@ 10AM.....TRY TO MAINTAIN MY RELATIONS W/ GIRL (FIANCE' NOW,GUESS i DID OK :) .JAM IN SOME THING LIKE A NORMAL PERSON DOES LIKE FOOD SHOP.GO FOR A DRIVE.CALL A FRIEND OR FAMILY.WHILE DISPATCHING FOR CO.
THANKFULLY I HAVE A LITTLE MORE TIME .............FOR NOW -TILL IFR :)

Being 38 now hmmmmm (that sounds so old to ME)no offense to my elders .I just dont know where the heck 10 years went?????

Does anyone else feel mentally alot younger ??? LOL

Thank you much for the warm welcome.

    Secondly, You're welcome!
and I hate you, already soloing, Grrrrrrrrr! While I still wait for a defferred 3rd class.....:) :) :)

First, Why H3LL Yes! Most assuredly! ;) ;)

I feel today the same as I felt 40 + years ago upon my release from active duty. Only difference now,
is that my body doesn't always see eye to eye with me.

There's the minor aches and pains, inability to spring back as quickly from exertion,
this damned sometimes achy twelve inch scar down the middle of my chest, some knee soreness when I try running
(trying to get to the stove before something I forgot about burns to a crisp, and ruins another pot...)
the pain on the bridge of the nose from the glasses, the three days spent in agony after a session at the chiropractor,
the weekly cost of hair dye, trying to reclaim "THE LOOK",
The Sacroilliac issue from sitting on a too flat (read "empty") wallet, after a visit to the doctor, or the pharmacist,
and, when I bite the inside of my cheek with the new dentures,

But other than that, I'd have to say Yeah, I feel the same.........
Oh, and I'm just kidding about hating you... (I think......)
