One might expect someone who was able to purchase a 430, would also be able to spell... one in your last post and two below in your reply to me that you thought might be appropriate for an apology from me. As you seem to be upping the ante, here is my response.

I'm happy to apologise if I was unfair, but here's my mail to you and your reply, for all here to see.

We are actually a friendly bunch, and as many here will attest, ownership of a Ferrari is not required to be accepted. Simple enthusiasm and a spirit of enjoying our toys is what we are about.

Dan, I am confused at what exactly this private message is about. As a moderator of this site, I am surprised you would even admit to doubting the "veracity of my debut". I am an enthusist like the rest of the group looking for feedback on a peticular subject I thought someone here might have experience with. Regardless if anyone here thinks I am "for real", I am here to chat, not to prove myself to a bunch of guys who are afraid of a woman knowing more about automobiles than them. I think it's Isabella Rossellini. I saw you at a Letterman taping three years ago!

 

I guessed the same thing days ago, but I am discreet and nonchalant; whatever F cars people claim to own is no big concern to me. If they distract the site, then maybe I can see a PM being sent to tone it down.

This having been said, I will let it be known that I am local to Nashua, NH, and will be driving a 4 seat Ferrari tomorrow in the 70 degree weather with the top down. I am willing to be the sacrificial lamb to verify any identities if F Chat so requires... hehe Starbucks is on me, and my English/ Italian/ etc language skills can be of use in case they are needed. ( this post was made in jest, but I still am serious too)

IR seems very classy, I have trouble with Bella referring to her own caliber in this quote. Not classy.

Sounds 20's or younger, in these two quotes.

Sounds like a guy, that gave up the pretence of being a woman. (primarily the phrasing, nothing to do with the knowledge of car components & mods). Also I am surprised at the depth of knowledge for 944 turbos and 968 sway bars specifically, so many years past their prime race/mod years for anyone successful, and probably busy, enough to own a 430 and looking to add a CGT.

Why be coy and then be miffed? As soon as she posted any pic, all pretense would be gone. Either Bella is trying to be anonymous or not.

Also there are spelling errors in virtually every post. Not everyone successful is a good speller; but its another point of inconsistency.

Bella - I don't care who you are, famous, female or whatever. But I don't get into people who aren't genuine, and there are too many inconsistencies here. All it takes is a picture to get a humble apology.

Sorry Dan, just trying to have a morning laugh. (unless of course its an AL-U_MIMI-UM vs. AH-LOO-MIN-NUM thing) I have to say that I called BS as soon as i saw the first post and read the bio page. I mean what kind of lady would come on like that!
