    Not started for 3 weeks (business trip) in garage, connected to a battery tender, car turn but will not start, not smell of fuel or others, just will not fire-up. PLEASE HELP.
    Great day and love to take her out for a spin!!!!

    Also, charge/test the battery. If it's not in optimum condition, a maintainer wont help it.

    Air, fuel, and spark.

    Check that the fuel pump runs (push down on the plate, or remove the blue connector. --- But don't run the pump long without the car running, or you'll flood the intakes and it won't start until the fuel evaporates -- several days.

    You can use a spark tester, an inductive timing light, or just hang a spark plug with the wire on and the base grounded to the block to see if it sparks. (Taking due precautions with high voltage, of course. Don't rely on the plug wire insulation -- you can get zapped right through the insulation, if you're holding the wire.)

    Check that the throttle cable pushes the butterfly.

    If you have fuel, spark, and air, it should start.
