    Has anyone replaced the expansion valve on a 512TR or Testarossa? Tried flushing the valve out but it didn't help. The dash is out of the car right now. Do you have to remove the whole evaporator assembly out to get to the top lines on the valve(those are the hard lines that go to the evap)? The bottom flexible lines are ok to disconnect. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Yes, you have to remove the entire unit.
