No horn, no dash lights, car is completely dead but was working fine a few days ago? I got a click click before it started up-ran perfect, then went to move it and now key is completely dead? No power to the dash cluster, no power to the ignition switch, tested the fuse box and there is power to the fuses? But the actual negative and positive to battery are completely dead not even a spark when I touch the battery cables to the terminals. Swapped out relays to starter- took out battery charged it- still no juice! could this be caused by the protection C relay? Where could the power break be?

Hello IvoryAuto, if I may ask, have you checked what's happening with the ignition switch (Neiman) ?

The symptoms for the C relay seem different, starts and dies.

    No.

Your headlights should work even with the key not present in the ignition switch. Have you cycled the battery cutoff switch a few times on-off-on-off-on? Otherwise, it has to be a bad connection in the primary battery wiring.

Interesting... Same issue happened to my Mondial a number of years back. Drove it just fine for about half an hour. Parked for a bit. Went back in to drive home, but got the click-click, no-start. Battery is always on a tender. The culprit was the same as above—corrosion in the battery cut off switch. Just another interesting quirk with the car!
