It's bad, and until I hear from the dealer or FNA in the next 24 to 48 hours, I don't think that I should air it in public. I was hoping to speak privately to someone connected to the inner workings of Ferrari, in order to ask them what my options are and how I should proceed.

Was your sale from an authorized Ferrari Dealer?

My very limited experience with F dealers has been quite positive. Is the dealer refusing to address your concerns?

Problem goes past dealer to FNA. Not sure if dealer knows how, or is willing to fight for my best outcome.

Ask for the regional director that handles XXX dealership.

Yup, just call FNA. They are very helpful with dealership issues or issues regarding newer Ferraris. If you have an older Ferrari like mine, they are not as eager to help. Good luck with your mysterious problem.

Give him a couple days. It's always bad when people air gripes without giving the proper channels a try first.

I had a Ferrari rep meet me at the dealership, he was very nice and did everything I asked him to do. Though it does take time for them to get to the dealer, and to get back to the dealer. FNA not real pleased at dealer when you have to call them instead of the dealer. You might want to give them dealer some time, FNA may take a few days to get back to them. It all worked out for me.
