My auto seat belt stopped working on the passenger side. It has had the recall upgrade. I wanted to troubleshoot the electrics, but my shop manual does not address the auto belt circuit at all. Does anyone have the circuit diagram?

Send me a PM with your email address and I'll send you the relevant wiring diagram pages for a later US TR, but it isn't all that helpful IMO -- just shows ~6 black boxes connected together without any explanation of what's really going on or who does what to whom.

The only other resource that I'm aware of is this booklet, but I don't know what it really contains (I don't have a copy).

Thanks, I'll PM you. The book looks like the key. Too bad you don't have it. Any ideas on availability? Tucson doesn't have a dealership, so I would like to handle it myself if possible.

No, no specific idea where you might get one (and I wonder if the newer "recall" version of bits is somehow different -- hope it would be "better" ;)).

    Email sent.
