    Have everything done except the positive terminal/fuse box. Does the fuse box just lift up once the positive terminal is disconnected? Does the fuse box cover have to be removed?

    If you undo the 10mm bolt clamping the band to the + terminal and it won't lift off, then you'll have to pop the cover off the fuse block thing and you'll see two small phillips head screws; those thread into some small red expansion push-plugs that secures everything to the battery. Unscrew those and then everything should come free.
