Help decide name of our racing charity

    We will be starting a 501(c)3 non-profit racing charity group. Habitat For Humanity, and Make-A-Wish Foundation will be two of the groups we’ll likely support.

    The vehicles are a 360 Modena, and also a 4x4 pickup truck (for dirt-road events.)

    Please let us know which names below you like best, or propose your own…some creative folks on this board! Below the name, a small tag will likely read: “A fund-raising non-profit”. I’m sure some of these names are pretty lousy…but anyway.

    *Helping Hand Racing/Rally Team, Inc. (“Helping Hand Racing,” for short)
    *Charity Racing/Rally Team, Inc. (“Charity Racing,” for short)
    *Washington Racing/Rally Team, Inc. (we’re in Washington State)
    *Racing/Rally Charity Team, Inc.
    *Common-Good Racing/Rally Team, Inc.
    *Compassion Racing/Rally Team, Inc.
    *Assist Racing/Rally Team, Inc.
    *Caring Racing/Rally Team, Inc.
    *Big-Heart Racing/Rally Team, Inc.
    *All-Heart Racing/Rally Team, Inc.
    *Benevolent Racing/Rally Team, Inc.


    Some of the many ways we could raise funds (and/or directly help worthy recipients, such as giving disabled veterans a ride) are:
    1. Giving them a ride, and/or
    2. Putting decals of their business or organization on the car, and/or
    3. Completing laps in a race (and they sponsor "per lap", like the drivers at the charity www.teamseattle.com do.)

    sorry, those are all horrible. just my opinion. my idea is probably no better. i would try racing - -. like : racing for good, racing for the cure. or some such.

    ps, can we start another thread for funny names. i know it's cruel but i already have a few and i'm killin myself.

    Think of something like Charitable Auto Racing Enterprises, so it spells out C.A.R.E.
