Since this is remote - I was just going to see if someone in the area wouldn't mind taking a look at it as if they were intersted in it and then give me their overall impression. At that time, I would arrange more detailed inspection. Right now I have 3 prospects - one in Iverness and Orlando also.. This is priority at the moment - but that could always change. Lots of recommendations and respect for Tim Stanford. Unfortunately, he's a small shop and I found it impossible to get an appointment after calling several times. So I'm not sure the recommendations really help.
