SEO (Search Engine Optimization)'s first rule of thumb is to put what you want Google to see between <h1> and </h1>. Second rule is to apply other terms between <h2> and </h2>.

For instance - a guy (Starhugger) started a thread regarding this subject on 8/25/2005. Topic was hot for a few days, then he updated it on 11/14/2005 after he "finally" implemented said changes.

Result: 10X Google hits compared to previous month.

    Put this in Google:
    seo h1

You'll see that is but the first of many hits which should confirm the easy way to get the horse in front of the cart.

I didn't watch the whole thing, but there usually ISN'T a silver bullet program when it comes to SEM/SEO/etc. I don't actively buy ads, but I do dabble in search engine stuff. Some immediate things I would wonder are...

    - Does it only handle Google? Are there other PPC engines it covers?
    - Does it handle capabilities such as Overture's keyword tools or something like Wordze?
    - What programs does it compete with, and do those programs do the same thing, cheaper?
    - (If you have any coding skillz...) How does the program do what it does and how do I write a program that does the same thing, and would it be cost effective for me to develop it?

That last question would be where I would start. I've saved lots of money writing my own scripts for trackback spam, content scraping, etc, etc, rather than paying one or two hundred bucks a pop for a program that does the same.
