I have 2 questions for the experts out there: -what is the correct original color for the brake calipers for a 1974 GTS? -what plating was used on the throttle linkage connecting the 3 carbs together? Mine is rusty and I would like to restore it to new condition. So far I have asked 3 people about the brakes and received 3 different answers!! Thanks in advance for the help.
I would say brake calipers are cad clear (silver) The threaded rod would also be the same. There now you have 4 answers.

Thanks for the info! Here are the votes I have so far: 1 - Silver Paint 1 - Black 2 - Cad/Clear Chromate 3 - Cad/Gold Chromate It looks like gold is the winner. Do we have any other opinions??
