    Hello, and thank you all in advanced.
    I saw a set of wheels for sale on another forum and decided to buy them, i sent the seller $3500 through paypal , and after a week i have not heard from him and he has deleted his paypal account. Even though this transaction did not go through an auction site am i covered?

    You should have some recourse through PayPal, but there's a time limit. Contact them immediately.
