Help How much should a service cost on my 85 Mondial

I just got my Mondial and have just discovered oil leaks Rear Head Gasket...
pcv was inadvertantly hooked to the exhaust system pollution controll...

How much should I expect to pay for a engine in major service job?
$4,000 - $5000
