Just in the middle of some maintenance on my 02 360. Doing a prophylactic heat exchanger replacement.

Pulled this out, is this OEM or was it already replaced? Anyone recognize the manufacturer? I googled them and searched fchat to no avail.

If this is a replacement part I may just reinstall it as it looks perfect and sell my new one.

    Many thanks for any input.

This is the one that was removed from my 99 (prophylactic as well). It's an original but Ferrari may have changed suppliers after the initial model year(s). Mine too was in excellent condition regarding the cleanliness but you can never tell if the tubes are still tight in the end plates -- I believe they are swaged as there is no sign of welding and the whole assembly is aluminum. Don't risk it -- you have spent a lot of labor to get to this point -- replace it.

Thanks for the fast replies guys. Alan, spot on, not even a consideration to put the original part back in. Was only gonna consider NOT replacing if this was already replaced with a "better" aftermarket alternative.
