    Hello,

hope anyone here who can help me, I am looking for a scale model
    of a 250 GT 2+2 in silver alloy. ( have attached a photo )

I know BBR has made one in several colours ( BBR227 ) but no silver one

a friend of mine just bought a 1:1 version and I would really love to surprise
him with a small version of his car.

any tips or advise very welcome

    thank you all for responding

    Marco

Sounds like you are going for a factory built model, and also like you are going for scale 1/43. If you´d also take into consideration in building (or donating) a kit - and in scale 1/24: currently available by AirTraxx.
These are very low numbered resine kits, require a donor kit (like Revell, Italeri, Fujimi,...) and only recommended for advanced modelers. Very nice proportions, around $ 130 plus shipment. If this is of interest for you I can research for a contact ( from Finland) - just let me know.
    You wrote: 250GT 2+2: I assume this might be a 250GT" 2+2
The image you posted looks more like a 330GT2+2 to me.
    Regards

    Thank you Klaus,

it must indeed be a 330 GT 2+2, don't know why I wrote this maybe to late last night :(

I unfortunatly have no experience in building kit's so I am afraid this wil not work.
