Help me decide, C6 Vette or 996 Porsche

Both are modified. Whichever I get I'd have to get it as a convertible

 

are we talking about those two pictured cars? if we are why are you going to chop the top? especially on the porsche. but if it was going to be a convertible, i'd say pick the C6. it looks a lot sleeker as a convertible than that 996 would. well at least that's what i'd imagine from the pics i've seen of a C6 convertible.

 

C6, you already have a C2 and C4...complete the collection.

Besides, that C6 looks "sharky." I like.

PS if you do, get the interior redone in CF and a new steering wheel.

996 or C6 uh? Since I hate the C6 styling (way too bland and Viper like -that I already complained about the blanding when it turned SRT10), I'd say the latest 996.
I don't think you could go wrong with a GT3 (or GT2). I'm pretty sure prices won't drop as dramatically as the C6s will (like most Corvettes...).
If I had to choose, I'd pick a GT2 993, then 993 GT3, 996 GT2, C5 Z06, then C6. Not exactly what you asked for ... but you get the idea
If we add convertible in the equation, then it would be a close call. None of them has much appeal to me. Perhaps a viper SRT10?

 

C6 is still a vette I dont like its styling to much anyways.. I would go for the 996TT Cabrio and mod it.

 

i would go for the new vette unless you go with the twin turbo. or the GT3
