Help me decide

I owned a C4 in the early nineties and if memory serves correctly the AWD only worked below a certain speed, once that speed has been reached the vehicle reverted back to rear wheel drive in order to maintain the sports car feeling. I don't know if thats still the case or what your looking for but all time AWD is a wonderful thing as is the TT set up
