Help me identify this symbol???

put a dollar bill over it and it will burn a symbol into the dollar telling you where the treasuer is hidden, now all we need is nicholas cage and we got ourselves a movie.

Neptune sounds like a plausable idea as to what it means, it does somewhat seem to follow the design of other symbols that i've seen for neptune.

I also don't think it's a Neptune's trident as those usually have some convergence to the arrows and the ones on the dial are divergent, almost like a tree, roads or rivers rather than a trident.
