    It looks to me the rear bumper has been replaced. The last picture showing rear tire, the body and the bumper seems to be off. Just my observation...

    Rear bumpers are removed for clutch changes and other reasons, my 360 had the rear bumper not aligned well after a clutch replacement and the dealer fixed it later on.

    Rear bumpers are off VERY often. Not just clutch. You have to remove it to clean the screen on the diff during an annual fluids. How about a different exhaust, cats, tips, headers .... shall I go on?
