    My reading of the factory service manual leaves this one unanswered: when the Bosch Motronic 2.7 decides to shut down one bank of cylinders, say, because it is not getting a signal from that bank's rev sensor that is within spec, how does it do so? Cut off the fuel, the spark or both?

    Does anyone know?
