Help! Need 328 wiring diagram #9 (ABS)

I have an 89 US car with ABS. Today I dropped the center console to remove the old radio and I found a cut red wire that is connected to terminal "R" on the ignition switch. My ABS system is not working, and my research indicates that this red wire supplies 12V to some ABS-related component.

The problem is that the pdf wiring diagram I have only shows the left half of the diagram where the wire is connected to the ignition switch. I need to see the right half! Does anyone have a complete wiring diagram for figure #9 (ABS) that they can share? I'd be most grateful.
