    Does someone know the person in charge in parts at Ferrari UK.Need to order some 328 parts to ship to Malaysia.I used to deal with Malcolm but unfortunately he no longer with Ferrari UK.Thanks in advance guys..

    Yes sometimes they can be a bit slow to respond but I would re send your email and see how that goes.

    Forget e-mail, my experience has been that they reply on their own time. However they do believe in answering the phone. Call them if you want to get something accomplished.
