    Quick question on the two warning lights for the cats ("slow down lights"). At the turn of the key, all the test lights go on except for the right side warning "slow down light".

    I already took a part the guage cluster, with the help from the posts of others on this chat- Thank you. I took a part the speedo to clean the inside of the glass with the help of Newman's many posts - thanks

    Do those 'slow down' warning lights just pull out of the console?

    How do i remove them before I try - and mess something up my clean dash.

    It may just need a new light bulb.

    You'll be lucky if that's the case ;) You can also try swapping the two warning light ecus behind the passenger footwell -- if the same light stays dead, probably is the bulb; if the other light goes dead and the dead one comes to life, more a sign that the ecu is bad. Good hunting!
