Help! Outlook Problem

    My parents' version of outlook has a wierd problem. Whenever you reply to an email or try to create a new email, it has an old email under it (similar to when you reply and the original email is attached below). Can anyone tell me whats wrong? Its like it wants to just reply to that email but it does it for anyone.

    I hope that made sense to some. I did the usual checks (send/recieve options, stationary etc)

    One possiblity is that somehow, some unexpected text got placed in the "signature," which somehow got turned on for new messages. This would explain the behavior (though it's hard to tell what's happening from your description--might want to elaborate and/or post an example).

    Go to Tools Menu, Options, then Mail Format tab. Look towards the bottom of the tab the "Signatures" section. Make sure you have the "Signature for new messages" and "Signature for replies and forwards" set to the "<None>" option in the dropdown list.

    Let us know if that's the problem.

    Sorry, anyway you could clearify that a little further? Or perhaps post a pic of what is going on? I'm a little confused as to what you mean..

    go under account settings to see if your reply to address is different

    Thanks guys. It was the signature thing. Dunno how it happened...
