    Sorry if this is a dumb question but I am looking at purchasing my second 355 and it’s a 1998 built in November of 1997 and I am trying to see if anyone has the chassis number of when in 98 they switched to steel. Thanks in advance Julian

    It looks like if someone knows the assembly number in 98 they switched to steel I can look at mine and see if it’s before or after.

    Even with steel, they still break. Make sure you have a leak down test, and budget accordingly.
