Cap'n - Suppose, if you will, you have an airbrush or pinstripe guy pencil or freehand out the basic template beforehand. Get a white file done and have it screend on black T-Shirts. That would be cool. $2 for the shirt, $1 for the silk screening and you have cool shirts to give your buddies that fish with you. Classy handout for the end of the day, a little goodbye suprise (And to make the slobs that did not kick in for any gas and beer feel that much worse!).
Hey, Cap'n - I've got an idea which throws a wrench into the whole mess. Helps if you squint while thinking about the following... Wait, don't squint yet. Aside from assisting with the basic need of a logo - the whole idea of us helping you out isn't just for the halibut, but because each person sharing ideas believes we can offer you, Cap'n Colgate, something a cut above your competitor's wares as merchandise. In so doing, you'll gain more publicity and business which wearers, whether they use the Charter itself or not, would pay for just 'cause it's "cool." Hence, "fish food for the masses." Suckerfish! Back to this particular idea... Imagine the fish bones being parts of letters that in and of themselves, form whole title of your Charter Biz. The top fin will spell out "Animosity" Middle will spell out "Sport Fishing" Bottom will spell out "Ocean City, NJ" I've got some errands to run, but, I'll toy with the prototype in 3-4 hours. thomas, thanks for the idea... your either a rip off artist or plain old smart....... im goin with # 1. The reason i say rip off artist is because G Loomis [ tackle co. ] has a very similar logo. I love the idea but to close to someone elses... I would like to see what ypou were going to come out with. Capt. Colgate.
