    Anyone paved there driveway recently?
    I got a guy about to do my driveway for about $2 / sq foot (asphalt)
    good price?

    (this is an impulse thing!!)

    decent price. I just got my driveway paved in my new construction home in the spring, paid around $1.60. What is the size of your driveway? Rip out existing asphalt? Any need for regrading? All of these are major variables in the price....

    ripping out along edges, smoothing it out, put in a curb like area for an area that needs protecting.
    current driveway is really a POS.
    its over 60 feet long, about 20 feet wide with an additional area that is about 18x20
    they are doing it now
    We had got an estimate about 6 weeks ago for $5500
    gettin' er done for $3800
