    From looking at it I assume I have to unbolt the radiator to take the fan off? No way to hold the bolt heads on back while I undo the nuts. Is there a way to get passenger side header out without removing the radiator fan?

    The removal of the fan will help you get the header off easier.

    To take the fan off, you need a stubby 10mm wrench, stick it on the back of the radiator tab to hold the head of the two bolts while you undo the nuts. The radiator stays in place.
