Help setting timing in Columbus Ohio

I have been following the many DIY threads to setting the timing on a 348 and I am getting very frustrated. I want to do the work myself for several reasons, the satisfaction and the cost savings. I have been working on cars for over 20 years almost always American muscle cars and have done full restorations, engine work, transmission work etc. This is the first Ferrari I have owned.

I have a degree wheel setup and have been following the various instructions on how to do this and I can't seem to get the timing to come out correctly.

Is there anyone in the Columbus Ohio area that has experience on this process? I am willing to pay for the assistance and want to get this car back on the road. I know there are several places here in town that could do this job but I wanted to be able to put this back together myself.
