Help, strange beeping sound.

Can someone help, during initial acceleration my 360 beeps sometimes till about 10 miles per hours. It only happens once in a while, any ideas on what that could be? At first I thought it was a seat belt warning, no warning lights and car drives fine. Thanks in advance for any suggestions..
