That has got to be the most uninformed post I have ever seen on any board about how things work in traffic court.

I have no idea where to begin with a reply.

Firstly, there are no gun slingers in traffic court

Anyone who comes into traffic court thinking they are Darrow is going to be laughed out and banished till end of dockets.

It a lawyer and reputation that gets results.

A local guy who knows the overworked prosecutor will 100% get a better deal than someone who walks up alone, or who tries to be a gunslinger

It is who you know, how you talk to the officer before court as a lawyer, and knowing the local court (Judge)

Time dictates traffic court. People without a decent lawyer end up wasting theirs and others, and pay more.

I admit it is a bad and slanted deal

When a respectable lawyer, anyone, not me, walks into traffic court, you can expect a good result.
