Help! What is this worth?

How much is this worth? I was given it today while giving a car a clean, and he said that the wheel doesn’t fit his car (a bmw, so it was now obvious as to why it didn’t fit) He agreed to let me take it and get it valued.

Condition is reasonable. Looks to never have been on a car, but there is chips on the paint from being stored in the boot of the BMW
