Honestly It just seems like you’re spouting random stuff off. Go look at BaT and then also recent sales prices from cars.com and other sites lol. Better yet, I’ll help you out. Here’s a link to a coupe with more than 5k miles bring very close to 100K. I suppose this person got ripped off?

You also went from saying they’re worth 50k to closing in on a 100k number so frankly I have no clue where you going with any of this. Now you are talking about a California or comparing it to real estate. I think the sky is actually yellow.

Feels like you’re just on this thread to talk negatively about 360 values, but your data set is clearly not there. Also, euro spec and CA imports bring less plain and simple.

The sky is yellow. Ok, great insult to my intelligence.

OK let me dumb this down for you:

Cars are not good investments when the market is slowing. I'm dispensing advice to someone inquired about a car that is overpriced in a down market. And apparently you've never sold a car on BaT. I have. I know all the games.

    Happy selling.

There was a folder of records in the frunk but I didn’t see anything recent. The most recent one was a receipt for the rear differential being replaced. I’d consider this car for 50-60 but 70k seems a little much unless they get it serviced and fix the front fenders/pass door paint.

Can you pm me a link to the $42k car? Lot of fun for that kind of loot.

I'm sure this changes regularly too, but the market seems to be flooded with spiders with the coupes being outnumbered by the spiders over 2:1. That's surely to affect things. Right now Car Gurus lists 25 360 coupes and 53 Spiders.

I will agree there are some good deal to be had in the Spider world. But me, and it seems lots of others, really want a coupe. Just can't beat that roof line.

You have the same BS on every used car thread on this site. When I posted mine it was a cheep cheep asking price from a Florida car dealer.

All the usual peeps were "it's junk" "it's had 8 owners" "exhaust looks like a flood car" blah blah blah

I PRICED it into my offer and was ready to walk. You're buying a hunk of metal, aluminum, plastic and steel. If it looks good on PPI buy it. Mine had some issues and I bought it for the price my PPI inspector said it would go for. Now, 15 years later it's been more reliable than some Porsches I've owned. If you like it, PPI hints it might not be beaten, and you have the cash then do it.

Not only are the roof lines on a coupe smoother but also the potential repair savings you have from not worrying about your convertible top motor not working is a huge relief for most buyers at these price levels. I bought my 360 a few years ago and I never thought I could love a car so much. I don’t know why I like the 360 generation so much but I do but it’s actually getting harder to come by well cared for ones. I even consider buying a second one because I like them in yellow a lot.
