Does anyone know the correct offsets of the factory rims? I am ordering a set of custome rims very similar to the 575M 19" wheels. I have done a few searches an have thus far come up with 44mm front, 46mm front and 32mm rear. I will be using custom offsets as I use wheel spacers, so need to know what the orignal offsets are exactly, preferably without having to pull the wheels off.

I don't have them handy, but will find out?

BTW, who are you asking to make the wheels? I was considering asknig a company to make me a set of the 550 wheels in a larger (and hopefully lighter) manner.

Very good looking, but you don't think they will be too flashy? This is exactly the problem I have been having with the major manufacturers (HRE, Speedline, Fikse, etc).

What are the weights, etc. on those wheels? What sizes were you considering f/r? How much spacing?

I am going for 19X11 rears and 19X9.5 fronts, to suit 305/30 and 265/35 tyres. I am looking to decrease offset by 5mm at the front and 20mm in the rear. The wheel looks nice, not to much bling, in real life. I actually really like the look of the standard wheel, if only it was 1" taller, with 20mm more lip, it would be perfect!

Exactly what I wanted in the stock wheel, or even the 575 wheel. Perhaps I can find someone to make them.

Let me know how the new ones are. I must tell you, they are very handsome. Apparently ROH has a dealer in Arizona.

Search the threads. Lots of discussion about this issue. I think "Auraraptor" (F-chat user name) is the expert in this matter

Thanks for the tip, I did search originally, which is how I got the conflicting information in the first place. I know how frustrating it can be to see questions that have previously been answered on forums such as this.

Sorry I did not see this thread earlier (I frequent the classic forum, since I do not have a modern car..:()

Anyway, the values are 8.5" +46mm front, 10.5" +32mm rear, as reported by Mk E, who I would regard as a very reliable source. Where/who reported the +44? It may have been a typo.

The question really is how wide do you want the front and rear rims to be? Any change in width will effect offset values, while diameter changes will do nothing to the offsets.

PS for performance, it would be best to keep the width as narrow as possible while allowing you to run the tire of your choice on it. (ie choose how wide you want your front tire and then get the min. width that will get that value.) As a result, I suggest keeping the 255 front tire on a 8.5 wide rim.

Give me more details and I will try and help you out as much as I can.
