I bought a tender with a cigarette lighter adapter. I think I have a bad lighter plug, as I do not get a reading off the plug. Before I go to the technical section, is there something funky about the lighter (it's really shallow) or should this have been a straight up plug and go?

    Thanks

Mine needs to be placed just right to make a good connection in the cig. lighter. Also be sure to plug the adapter to the car before pluging it into the wall outlet.

Hi John, I have stored the cars (both 355's) for a couple of weeks and turned off the battery switch and had no low battery issues with either car, 360 is another story though. How is she by the way?

Your Battery Tender should have come with a direct connector wire with eye terminals.
Take of the cover over the jumper connection point in the engine compartment and connect the jumper wire there. Just leave the pigtail hanging out then all you have is plug in the tender to the jumper and you have a direct connection to the battery.
