Help with F2001 and other BBR models

I don't know if you can help me, but I've got a problem. In about December 2009 I bought a Michael Schumacher Ferrari F2001 G.P Italy BBR Code QR31 on eBay. The item arrived to me and it had an unglued part (right barge board) which was an easy fix. Upon further inspection of the part, the paint suffered a little damage in the paint.
Before returning the item to the seller I asked BBR directly if they could help me get the piece and other parts I need and a friend of mine needs, they told me they could so I didn't return the item as it's difficult to find.
Since then BBR has done nothing. They've told me they got the parts I requested and that they sent them like 2 months ago, but I'm certain they didn't cause they haven't arrived and I've never had troubles with my local postal service.

The other parts I asked them for include a set of 3 decal sets for an FXX as the one I bought is missing the front white lining decal in the hood air intake. Decals for an F2001 that I bought in WarmUp but is poorly built by them and some decals have fallen off. And some 1/18 Enzo parts for my friend who left his Enzo unattended and little children messed it up.

The reason that I ask for 3 decal sets for the FXX is because the missing decal is very small and I am not a professional model builder and I might not do it correctly the first time.

Does anyone know who can help me or what can I do?
