Help with F355 passenger side window!

My passenger side window appears not to be travelling up the rail as it should.

So I remove the leather door trim. Then I start taking these bolts off, now the inner door frame is loose, but it appears the window, the rails, the whole mechanism is attached to the inner frame.

Anyone had to change or fix their window before, and if so, how do you do it???

Stumped.
