Help with Mondial T shock absorbers

Hello everyone,

I’m the proud owner of what I consider to be one of the finest cars ever made — the Ferrari Mondial T. After 30 years of enjoyment, the front shock absorber has unfortunately failed, and I’ve found that locating a replacement is proving to be extremely difficult, if not nearly impossible.

After an extensive search with no luck, I’ve decided to reach out to this forum in the hope that someone might be able to offer some guidance or assistance.

Option 1:
If anyone here happens to have — or knows someone who has — a used front shock absorber for a Mondial T for sale, I would be very interested.

Option 2:
I’ve heard that the Ferrari 348 shares many components with the Mondial T. Does anyone know if the 348’s shock absorbers are compatible with the Mondial T? Parts for the 348 seem to be much more readily available, and I imagine many of you are familiar with the similarities between the two models.

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
