Did start my 328 today, after 2 weeks sitting in the garage, did strugle to start, when started, felt was running on less then all cilinders, pressed on gas pedal, RPM high but engine sound very LOW, taked out of garage for a short spin, car very SLOW and stolling, back in the garage, I can smell a very strong sulfite odor, like varnish burning, very nasty odor. The temp. today here is 48 and dry. Any feeds. Thanks!!!!

Almost sounds like one bank didn't fire up. Are you sure it was a sulfur smell (rotten eggs) vs. unburned fuel (sickeningly sweet sort of smell)? If one bank didn't fire, then you were running on 4 cylinders, which would account for lack of power. You might want to give it a try again and see if you can tell if one or the other bank is not kicking in. If so, then you have to trace down what is causing it not to fire (ECU, coil, wires, etc.). Just a thought.

Fire up the engine, get your timing light and check all plug wires and both coil wires. Do you have a constant current going thru each cable? If current is present, your timing light should flash. Is the flashing constant or intermitent?
