    Ok, I have bitten the bullet and decided to drop some money into my Lotus Esprit SE. Its in the paint and body shop getting a new paint job.

    Stock color was black and after 20 years it needed some love.

    My question is I am very tempted to go with a non stock satin black instead of gloss black.

    The car looks beautiful gloss black but it might be fun to go with something different...

    Opinions please???

    My 2 cents, very few cars can pull off satin black and the car you have I think would look good in gloss. But It's your car do what makes you happy because your paying for it. Sweet ride either way.

    your right, as much as I like the look, I feel gloss fits the car better, I just wanted some opinions... Thanks!

    Is it painted or a wrap? I am thinking the elise looks better in satin than the esprit.. I am trying to photoshop one but not having much luck..
