Help with Passenger Side Mirror Outer Plate

I need to remove this as mine has rust on it. Anyone does this before. It's part 19 on this diagram from Ricambi:

This is another reason I am trying to get into the passenger door mechanics!

I've noticed via the searches I did that this is a common problem, but I did not see how to get to it and fix it.

There were comments about a pdf file floating around on how to get to the windows.

But I am fairly sure that a bolt has come loose and the passenger side window is not travelling up the back rail as it should.
