I would contact the ferraristore. They must have spareparts.

so far my choices seem to be just keep the watch as is which means no stopwatch functions or send it to italy for repair. im hesitant to send it as i can easily see it 'disappearing' somewhere along the way.

does anyone have experience sending things like this overseas?

    thanks

Return it via Registered/insured mail, losing it would be the best thing to happen!

Was there any special Return Authorization or anything?

I haven't ever dealt with Ferraristore......anyway hope you get it all sorted!

I have had pretty good luck with International mail, posters to Germany, ski clothes to Denmark, I sent a book or two to Canada lately.....it'll get there ok...

Any news on this? One of my buttons got stuck and then broke off. Would like to send it back for repair. Checking if anybody has had any luck getting repairs done.

That would be way better than sending it to Italy. VTC can do it as a warranty repair, or just standard watch repair?
